MTCA Goals:
- Develop a Regional and National Cycling Event (Major Taylor Cycling Summit) in honor of Marshal W. (Major) Taylor.
- Promote Multicultural Youth and Young Adult Community Cycling/Racing Programs.
- Establish a National Cycling Event Calendar.
- Promote a Community Health/Wellness Program.
