  1. Develop a Regional and National Cycling Event (Major Taylor Cycling Summit) in honor of Marshal W. (Major) Taylor.
  2. Promote Multicultural Youth and Young Adult Community Cycling/Racing Programs.
  3. Establish a National Cycling Event Calendar.
  4. Promote a Community Health/Wellness Program.
